Reservations Method             

Reservations will be made by individuals. The lodging, tax and incidental charges incurred will be the responsibility of the individuals. Payment will be due upon Arrival.  A pre-approved credit card or cash deposit will be required at time of reservation.  For reservations, please call 877-790-6271 and reference the “Wilton-Richards Wedding”.

 

Accomodations

Accommodations will be offered to group guests on current available basis at the time of the request.  Requests for early arrivals and/or late departures will be accommodated on a space available basis.  All reservations require a two-night minimum stay. Group discount rates are listed below:

Lodging and Tax Assessments

Lodging rates are subject to a 19.0% lodging tax/assessment at the time of check-in. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $125 for all condo reservations.
